Tendering Manager/Senior Manager/Tendering and Bidding

This position is responsible to ensure tender participation for supplies / EPC projects in Solar,Water,Electrical,Civil related projects, including documentation, Bid submission, and others are managed in an efficient and controlled manner.

Role & responsibilities

• Find and identify relevant international tenders that align with the companys business goals.
• Review tender requirements and ensure the company meets the necessary criteria to participate.
• Summarize key information from the tender documents to help the team understand the project scope and requirements.
• Send requests for quotations (RFQs) to suppliers and vendors for goods and services needed for the tender.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of offers, and check that their bids meet both technical and financial requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams (insurance, legal, logistics, etc.) and external partners to gather necessary information for the bid.
• Develop and manage cost estimates, ensuring the bids are competitive and within the target budget.
• Prepare all documents required for the bid submission, making sure they are accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Review the results of the tender process, analyze the received bids, and provide a detailed report with recommendations.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to improve the companys bidding strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / BE/B.Tech
• Minimum 3- 8 years
• Worked in Manufacturing/EPC industry
