TENDERING ENGIEER

We are seeking a Tender Executive with a strong understanding of government and private tender processes, especially through platforms like GeM Portal, e-Procurement, and CPP Portal. The ideal candidate will manage the entire tendering cycle, from tender identification to submission and post-bid follow-ups, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant tenders through GeM, e-Procurement portals, CPPP, and other online platforms.
• To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
• To vet through incoming tenders and to record tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission
• Study and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with the production, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary documents and data.
• Prepare technical and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Handle online bid submissions, including document uploads and digital signing.
• Manage the registration and renewal of vendor profiles on GeM and other portals.
• Monitor tender status, updates, corrigenda, and pre-bid meetings.
• Maintain documentation for all tenders including win/loss status and reason analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of all tenders and maintain proper follow-up.
• Generate regular reports on tender activity, success rate, and pipeline.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, e-Tendering, and government procurement.
• Excellent communication and document management skills.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and contract terms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
