Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing techno-commercial offer for panel.
Responsible for preparing technical replies and revise offer according as per the customer requirement.
Responsible for Booking of Panel OSS and coordinate with operation deptt.
Responsible for providing/ understanding costing/ specification and doing value engineering in order to reduce the cost.
Responsible for making MIS of cost saving after doing value Engineering.
Responsible for monthly updation of MIS Report sheet OSS of Panel booked
Responsible for taking technical confirmation from respective vendors and finding new substitute economical equivalent product.
Responsible for arranging technical document as per the tender requirement in order to meet the criteria such as data sheets/ GA Drawings/ test certificates etc.
Responsible for review of final approved drawing VizViz BOM and cost offered to the Design and operation department for final confirmation.
Responsible for maintaining the Cost Accuracy while keeping the price backup
Knowledge of BS/IS applicable on Panel, Switchgear
