Role & responsibilities Prepare terms and conditions of contract documents as per scope of work Evaluate drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, etc before awarding a contract Communicating documents to execution team Supporting budget and execution team as and when required Evaluating commercial aspect of contracted work Ensuring all compliances from respective party Prepare competitive cost estimates and commercial proposals. Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for quotes and technical details Handle pre-tender and post-tender documentation and communication. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Track ongoing tenders, manage timelines, and submit proposals within deadlines. Evaluate contractual risks and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain tender and contract documentation for audit and project execution. Preferred candidate profile Male Candidates Prefered Proven experience in tendering and contract management in construction/real estate.
