🧠 Required Skills & Expertise

• 4+ years handling U.S. Federal government tenders

  (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), including managing post-bid clarifications and debriefs.

• End-to-end Bid Management & Proposal Writing:

  Lead the full lifecycle—from opportunity evaluation and strategy to proposal creation, submission, and award follow-up.

• FAR Compliance:

  Practical application of the Federal Acquisition Regulation in bid development.

• Federal Procurement Portals:

  Hands-on experience with SAM.gov, FedConnect, GovWin, eBuy, etc.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with legal, finance, technical teams, and SMEs to craft compliant, compelling proposals.

• Strong Communication & Documentation:

  Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Experience:

  4+ years specializing in U.S. Federal bid cycles.

• Portal Proficiency:

• SAM.gov:

  Full lifecycle usage—entity registration, opportunity tracking, bid submission.
• Other platforms: FedConnect, GovWin, eBuy, etc.

• Regulatory Acumen:

  Strong understanding and practical experience implementing FAR compliance.

• Team Collaboration:

  Proven ability to liaise across internal and external stakeholders to steer bid activities.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Lead Bid Strategy:

  Drive bid decisions through opportunity intake, qualification, and strategy alignment.

• Manage Submissions:

  Coordinate data gathering, draft/edit proposals, initiate internal reviews, and ensure on-time portal submission (SAM.gov, FedConnect, etc.).

• Maintain Compliance:

  Monitor solicitations; validate proposal alignment with FAR and contractual terms.

• Produce Winning Content:

  Develop persuasive, well-structured proposal narratives, solution outlines, pricing models, and attachments.

• Conduct Reviews & Debriefs:

  Lead post-submission reviews, gather lessons learned, and refine processes for continuous improvement.
