Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor tender portals and identify relevant tenders.

• Study tender documents and analyze technical & financial eligibility.

• Prepare and compile documents for pre-qualification, technical bids, and commercial bids.

• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, accounts, legal) for required inputs.

• Manage costing, pricing, and BOQ preparation in coordination with management.

• Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements.

• Follow up on submitted bids, attend pre-bid/post-bid meetings, and address queries.

• Maintain documentation and tender status MIS reports.

• Handle contract documentation, renewal processes, and client communications post-award.

• Ensure adherence to all tender-related rules and standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Business / Commerce.

• 4-6 years of experience in tendering, preferably in manufacturing or construction.

• Familiarity with government e-tendering platforms (e.g., GEM, CPP, etc.).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF editing).

• Knowledge of costing and basic commercial calculations.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
