As a Tender Manager you will support the tendering team. You are responsible for compilation of bid documents for submission and to prepare the budgetary and firm services quotes.

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Generating and submitting techno commercial offers with Value proposition defined in the proposal to meet business expectations
• Supporting Sales Team in providing solutions to meet needs of customer
• Building trusted customer relationships to understand their needs and frame tailored service solutions to bring additional value
• Developing trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaboration
• Creating and reviewing technical and commercial solutions from customer specifications to ensure compliance and exceptions are met
• Performing frequent travel on domestic or international assignments on short notice given at times

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor s degree
• Have experience 5-8 years sales commercial and operations experience within completions and wellbore Intervention
• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
• Have good business and financial acumen with ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and offer recommendations
• Have ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and effort for results
