Job Summary:
The Tender Documentation Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process including documentation, submission, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tender proposals. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc.) and identify key submission requirements.
· Prepare, compile, and submit tender documentation in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
· Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, technical, sales) to gather necessary inputs and approvals for tender submissions.
· Ensure compliance with all client and regulatory requirements in submitted documents.
· Maintain a comprehensive database of tender submissions, bid outcomes, and documentation for future reference.
· Monitor tender portals, websites, and notifications for new opportunities and updates.
· Maintain and update standard templates and documentation (e.g., company profiles, certifications, project references).
· Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all tenders.
· Liaise with clients or procurement entities for clarifications and post-submission follow-ups.
· Assist in preparing presentations or documentation for pre-bid meetings or tender briefings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
