We are expanding our commercial team and inviting applications for a competent Tender Executive to manage our tendering and government procurement operations.---🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end tendering activities across government and private portals.Handle registrations, documentation, bid submissions, and compliance on:GeM PortalIREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System)Other e-tendering platformsMonitor tender notifications, evaluate eligibility, and coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.Ensure accurate preparation of tender documents, price bids, and supporting paperwork.Track tender deadlines, clarifications, corrigenda, and submission requirements.Maintain records of submitted bids, results, and follow-ups.Assist in vendor registrations, renewals, and compliance uploads on various portals.Liaise with clients for tender-related queries and documentation.---🔹 Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in technical or commercial roles.Mandatory experience handling GeM and IREPS portals.Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender guidelines.Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools).Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.---🔹 What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work with a leading fire safety solutions providerProfessional and growth-driven work environment
