Job Summary:

A Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly. Key duties include greeting guests, answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and handling administrative tasks like data entry and office supply management.

Core responsibilities

· Visitor management:

Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

· Communication:

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

· Administrative support:

Handle tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents and spreadsheets.

· Scheduling and coordination:

Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

· Office organization:

Maintain a clean and organized reception area and manage office supplies.

· Customer service:

Provide high-quality customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints according to company policy.

Essential skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency with office equipment and software like MS Office.

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.

· A professional appearance and a customer-service orientation.

· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
