Job Description

Hiring: Tender Executive / Sr. Tender Executive
Location: AhmedabadWork Type: On-site | Full-TimeExperience: 1–4 Years (Solar EPC/Construction industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Identify tender opportunities from government/private portals and relevant sources
Download tender documents, review technical and commercial requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ, costing, and proposal preparation
Prepare tender submissions including forms, documentation, and compliance sheets
Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and manage clarification queries
Maintain tender data, records, MIS reports and documentation systematically
Handle registrations, vendor empanelment and renewal processes on various portals
Ensure timely submission of EMD, BG, and other necessary documents

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Commerce preferred)
Strong understanding of tendering process and documentation
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PDF handling)
Excellent coordination, communication and attention to detail
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously
