Uploading product on GEM portalPrepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.Ensure timely submission of high-quality bids, adhering to tender deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support bid preparationMaintain a comprehensive database of tenders, contracts, and competitor analysis
Processing of Customer Orders received through emails.
Responsible for complete order execution such as preparing order in ERP, Invoice, and other related documents.Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.Route planning for DeliveriesCoordination with Warehouse for Invoicing and DispatchedCoordination with Internal logistic Team for DeliveriesUpdating Customer Master & Price list , Making New Product Code.Co-ordinating with Account Department for PaymentsHandling Import & Export Documentation (Packing List & Invoice ).Uploading Product on Gem & E- Procurement Portal.Preparation for Commercial & Technical Bid, Bank Guarantee & other Document
