Job Title: Electrician – Data Center

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician with a strong background in electrical systems relevant to data center environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in working with DG sets, transformers, UPS, SMPS, power panels, and other critical infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in the data center.
• Handle day-to-day electrical issues and ensure continuous power supply for data center operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DG (Diesel Generators), transformers, LT/HT panels, UPS systems, SMPS, and power distribution units.
• Monitor electrical loads, ensure proper grounding, and maintain earthing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for all maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with facility and operations teams during power shutdowns and testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant trade certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a data center or similar critical facility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS, DG sets, SMPS, and transformers.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a 24x7 operational data center environment.
• Knowledge of BMS systems and automation controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
