Overall responsible for Operation, maintenance, and distribution of all Utilities. 3. The utility manager directs and manages the overall operation and maintenance services and manages plant breakdown with minimum turnaround time. 4. Should be capable of organizing PM & PI schedule and assign the daily work activities to maintenance team and assuring designed SOP to be followed strictly before starting and during the activities. 5. Perform daily routine inspection/Monitoring of all Engineering and Utilities equipment onsite. 6. Prepares monthly MIS reports. 7. Responsible for verification of planned/ Scheduled and implementation of Preventive Maintenance / Calibration Program of all Equipment and Instruments. 8. Manage / Control Manpower and allotting jobs to contract people in shift & on priority. 9. To ensure the smooth operation of utilities. 10.
