Job Description

Identify and evaluate relevant tenders through online portals (e.g., GEM, E-Tendering platforms)
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender requirements
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, finance) for required inputs and documentation
Track submission timelines, respond to pre-bid queries, and ensure compliance with bid conditions
Maintain a database of submitted tenders, follow up on bid status, and track award notifications
Handle post-tender activities like clarifications, negotiations, and documentation
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents, certifications, and registrations
Maintain records and update management regularly on tender pipeline and results.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in tendering and bidding
Strong understanding of tender documentation, commercial terms, and compliance standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools) and online tender portals (like GEM)
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Experience in power/industrial equipment sector is a plus.
