Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents and identify scope, specifications, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) to gather necessary inputs for bid preparation
Prepare and submit tender proposals in line with client requirements and deadlines
Track tender opportunities through portals, publications, and client communications
Ensure timely documentation including pre-qualification, technical, and commercial submissions
Maintain records of submitted tenders, clarifications, and outcomes for future reference
Liaise with clients and consultants for tender-related queries and clarifications
Monitor tender timelines and follow up on pending submissions or feedback
Support contract finalization and handover to execution teams post-award

Requirements:

Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
24 years of experience in tendering, preferably in marine or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of tendering processes and documentation
Proficient in MS Office and tender management tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
