Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Tender Executive Lead. The Tender Executive Lead will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing and reviewing tender documents, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. The role involves liaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining tender records, and updating tender status reports. Additionally, the Tender Executive Lead will ensure all submissions are timely and accurate, and will work to improve tender strategies and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Defence Procurement Portals (Defence eProcurement, CPPP, GeM).
• Familiarity with Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP) / Defence Procurement Procedure (DPP).
• Experience with tender management, including identifying opportunities and preparing documentation
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and ability to ensure adherence
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders
• Proficiency in maintaining records and updating status reports
• Knowledge of the defense and aerospace industries is a must
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
