Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling tendering processes, documentation, and bid submissions across government and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement portals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant tenders from government and private portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, etc.)
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements
• Prepare and compile all necessary documents and ensure compliance with tender specifications
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather required information
• Submit tenders on time through online and offline modes
• Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Coordinate with clients and procurement authorities for tender clarification and updates
• Track tender results and prepare bid status reports for management
• Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certifications, and licenses needed for bidding
• Contribute to continuous improvement of bid management processes

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement
• Strong knowledge of tender submission processes on government portals (GeM, eProc, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [Steel Trading, Railway ( Bridge, Track ) construction.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with costing and pricing strategies in bids

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
