Job Description

Position: Sr. Tender Executive

Salary: Upto 45k pm (depends on interview)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 3-7 years in tendering for mining, road construction, or railway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Preparation and Submission:

• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings related to mining, road, and railway projects.
• Prepare, compile, and submit bids within the deadline.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, finance, legal) for technical and financial inputs.

2. Vendor and Client Coordination:

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Address clarifications and pre-bid queries effectively.

3. Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

• Collaborate with the cost estimation team to create competitive pricing models.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements while staying cost-effective.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

• Track upcoming tenders in the mining, road, and railway sectors.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all technical and financial documents are accurate and compliant with tender guidelines.
• Maintain a database of past tenders, rates, and outcomes for future reference.

6. Post-Tender Activities:

• Support negotiations and discussions with clients post-submission.
• Assist in contract finalization and ensure smooth handover to the project execution team.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
