Roles and Responsibilities Manage tenders from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of proposals and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender preparation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the tendering process. Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding process, and evaluation criteria. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in tender management or related field (Plastic & construction industry preferred). Strong understanding of tender documentations, evaluations, and management processes. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
