Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification:
Monitor government, private, and public sector portals for relevant tenders.
Identify suitable tenders aligned with company products or services.
Tender Preparation:
Study tender documents thoroughly, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood.
Collect necessary documents, certificates, and approvals from respective departments.
Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial proposals within the deadline.
Coordination:
Communicate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Sales, Technical, etc.) for required inputs.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and government authorities when needed.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all documents (EMD, BG, DD, etc.) are correctly prepared and submitted.
Maintain a systematic record of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and rejections.
Post-Tender Activities:
Follow up on tender status and participate in negotiations or clarifications if required.
Assist in contract agreement preparation for awarded tenders.
Reporting:
Maintain a tender tracking sheet and share periodic updates with management.
Prepare MIS reports related to tender submissions, outcomes, and key insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
