Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on the GeM portal based on the organization's product/service offerings.
Analyze tender documents to understand requirements, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
Assess the feasibility and profitability of participating in specific tenders.
Prepare technical and financial bids in coordination with relevant internal teams (sales, accounts, etc.).
Compile and submit bid documents through the GeM portal and other platforms as required.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documents.
Track the status of submitted bids and follow up with relevant authorities.
Process orders received through the GeM portal.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and other teams for timely order fulfillment.
Generate necessary documents like invoices, shipping documents, and compliance certificates.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely reconciliation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GeM policies, procedures, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of all tender-related activities.
Communicate with government officials, buyers, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with key personnel in government departments.
Address queries and resolve issues related to tenders and orders.
