Experience: 5–12 years
Department: Tendering / Estimation
Reports To: Head – Tendering / Business Head / Project Director
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare accurate cost sheets (material, labour, equipment, subcontracting, overheads).
Submit pre-qualification documents, RFIs, and technical clarifications.
Prepare technical and commercial bids as per client requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quotes.
Work closely with design/engineering teams for technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Lighting Systems & Electrical Infrastructure.
Proficiency in BOQ analysis, estimation, and tender documentation.
Familiarity with IEC, BIS, IS standards.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools expertise.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
