Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Search and monitor tenders on government and public procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement sites, etc.) on a daily basis.
Identify tenders matching company products such as
Control & Relay Panels, Numerical Protection Relays, Substation Automation Systems, and related Electrical Services
.
Analyze tender documents (technical and commercial) and extract key requirements.
Coordinate with the technical and commercial departments for tender documentation and cost estimation.
Maintain a proper record of all tenders searched, applied, and their outcomes.
Follow up with clients, consultants, and authorities as required.
Ensure all tender submissions meet deadlines with complete documentation and compliance.
