We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender and Proposal Executive specializing in process instruments to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing and managing tenders and proposals for our range of instrumentation products.

Technical Expertise:

including flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters, as well as analyzers, to effectively respond to technical queries and requirements.

Market Research:

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven 3-15 years of experience in tender and proposal management, preferably in the field of process instruments.

In-depth knowledge of process instruments, including flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters, as well as analyzers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and

requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and tender management software.

Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a startup environment.
