Tender Analyst

As an Analyst at EVERSANA, you will play a crucial role in the success and future growth of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the current success of EVERSANA and lay the groundwork for its future expansion. You will be an integral part of the Tendering team, taking ownership of new and exciting projects that span various international markets. Your tasks will involve identifying Tender sources for different countries, extracting and standardizing Tender data, and ensuring the quality check of the extracted information. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the development team to enhance data quality and accuracy for the Tender team. Additionally, you will work with the US team on client requirements, showcasing your ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment. Your expertise in the Pharma or tendering domain, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience, will be essential for success in this position. Key responsibilities include identifying relevant data from various sources, extracting and standardizing Tender data, allocating work within the team, and performing quality checks on the extracted information. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you handle team management responsibilities and liaise with stakeholders to meet client needs. To excel in this role, you must possess knowledge of human drugs, active ingredients, and ATC assigned codes. Your experience in team handling, combined with self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in diverse groups, will be crucial. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for conveying detailed information and making presentations to cross-functional teams.
