Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning Install and commission electronic security equipment such as X-ray baggage scanners, Door frame metal detectors (DFMD), Handheld metal detectors (HHMD), Swing barriers, flap barriers and boom barriers Bollards and tyre killers, Under Vehicle Surveillance Systems (UVSS), Access control devices including biometric and face recognition terminals Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras and related sensors and surveillance systems Perform cabling, conduit installation, equipment mounting, and hardware setup according to safety and quality standards. Conduct system configuration, IP addressing, and basic network setup during commissioning. Maintenance & Service Support Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on installed systems. Diagnose and repair faults at the hardware and software level. Provide on-site technical support, testing, and calibration. Document all service and maintenance activities. Project Execution Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality execution. Assist in site surveys and preparation of installation plans. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and network teams as required. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation. Civil & Site Works Basic understanding and supervision of minor civil works, including: Road cutting and surface restoration Soil digging for cable trenches Foundation preparation for equipment Ensure proper adherence to safety and compliance guidelines at site.
