Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify selling possibilities. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and pipelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
