This role involves handling finance related inbound and outbound calls, client coordination, and managing back-office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and proficiency in administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Communicate with clients to provide information about products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries. Maintain a strong follow-up system for potential customers. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain call logs and update customer details in CRM. Back Office Duties: Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation. Assist in data entry, report preparation, and database management. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow. Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and other documents. Handle email correspondence and client follow-ups. Perform other administrative tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: 12th pass. Experience: 1-3 years in finance related telecalling, customer support, or back-office operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in English, Hindi & Bengali. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Why Join Us?
