Job Title: Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Sales Manager/Team Lead

Job Summary:

This role involves a combination of outbound calling and administrative support to drive sales growth. The Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from various sources (databases, referrals, etc.).
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
  • Gather and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Sales Support:
  • Schedule appointments between prospective clients and sales representatives.
  • Prepare sales materials and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely responses and address any inquiries.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all inquiries received via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration .
  • 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales support, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
