Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Utilize cold calling techniques to identify new business opportunities. Develop strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients over phone conversations. Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Sc Chemistry). Excellent communication skills with convincing ability and target orientation. Strong leadership skills with pressure handling abilities. Sales experience, in preferably in sales of artificial Sweeteners
