We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead a team of 10 telecallers in the sale of personal loan products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a results-driven approach. You will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, ensuring high performance and productivity, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 10 telecallers to meet and exceed personal loan sales targets. Monitor daily performance, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement plans where necessary. Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team; track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management. Train new team members on product knowledge, telesales techniques, and customer service excellence. Ensure the team follows approved sales scripts, compliance protocols, and quality assurance standards. Conduct daily team briefings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions. Handle escalated customer queries and support telecallers in closing complex deals. Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure a smooth loan application and disbursement process. Motivate the team through incentive plans, recognition programs, and professional development. Analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in personal loans or other financial products. 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Target-driven and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly and quarterly team sales targets achieved Call conversion rates Call quality and compliance adherence Team retention and engagement levels Customer satisfaction scores. Salary: [3.5Lks to 5Lks Per Annum Incentives & Bonuses: Performance-based incentives applicable. Work Schedule: 10AM to 7PM
