Experience Required:

5-8 years (Minimum 5 years as Telesales Team Lead / Supervisor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a telesales team to achieve

  daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Drive

  dealer and farmer onboarding

  through outbound telesales campaigns with help of digital marketing team.
• Promote and sell

  animal feed, veterinary medicines, and agriculture animal products

  over calls.
• Ensure consistent

  target achievement, revenue growth, and conversion rates.

• Plan call strategies and allocate leads to maximize productivity.
• Monitor live calls, evaluate performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Track team performance through MIS, dashboards, and sales reports.
• Handle escalated dealer/farmer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for order fulfillment.
• Train team members on

  product knowledge, pricing, schemes, and sales scripts.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and high energy levels within the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and telesales best practices.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in

  target-driven telesales environment.

• Proven ability to

  onboard dealers, distributors, or farmers.

• Knowledge of

  animal feed, veterinary medicines, or agri-input sales

  preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & Bengali mandatory; English preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
• Good knowledge of CRM, Excel, and MIS reporting.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
