Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Indore. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers to present products or services, effectively address customer queries, and close sales. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing ongoing support. The role also involves reaching sales targets, keeping accurate sales records, and continuously identifying new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills with the ability to manage client relationships and build trust
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and persuade clients
• Proven experience in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to new team members when required
• Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of customer behavior
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment while meeting individual goals
