Telesales Specialist

Role Overview: As a Telesales Specialist at Radcliffe School, your primary responsibility will be to call leads, engage with prospective students and their families, and promote enrollment programs. You will play a crucial role in providing detailed information about the school's offerings, maintaining excellent customer service, and building positive relationships with parents and students. Additionally, you will be tasked with following up on leads, meeting enrollment targets, and effectively addressing inquiries. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students to promote enrollment programs - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction - Engage with parents and students through effective verbal and written communication - Meet or exceed enrollment and lead generation targets through sales proficiency - Support and guide team members through training, leveraging your experience in the field - Maintain a customer-centric mindset, adaptability, and a results-driven approach - Follow up on leads and nurture positive relationships with parents and prospective students Qualifications: - Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Sales to meet or exceed enrollment targets - Experience in Training will be an advantage - Adaptability, customer-centric mindset, and results-driven approach - Previous experience in an educational environment or telesales role is a plus - Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Hyderabad.,
