We’re Hiring – Telecaller (Sales)

Mettle Tech, a trusted IT solutions provider with 20+ years of experience, is looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller with a strong sales mindset to engage potential customers, effectively present our offerings, and drive interest in our solutions through impactful conversations.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Present our IT services in a compelling manner
• Drive interest and set up follow-ups
• Maintain accurate call logs and meet monthly engagement goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• A confident and engaging speaking voice
• Ability to work independently and hit targets
• Prior sales/telecalling experience is a plus
