Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote wellness & healthcare products/services.
• Engage customers with confidence, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and build long-term customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet overall business goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in

  Telugu

  (mandatory); knowledge of

  English & Hindi

  is preferable.
• Prior experience in telesales/telecalling/customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).
• Must be willing to work from the

  office near Hitech City, Hyderabad

  (3 shift options available).
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range:

  ?15,000 ?35,000 per month (based on experience & shift)
