Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Jalandhar. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include delivering excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, providing thorough information about products or services, maintaining customer records, and handling objections professionally. Additionally, the role involves active collaboration with the sales team and participation in ongoing training to improve sales techniques.
