Location: Sector 65, Noida Company: Global Realty Tagline: Legend in Trust About the Role We are looking for a result-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team at Global Realty in Sector 65, Noida . This role plays a key part in generating and converting leads for our commercial and residential real estate projects. Success in this role means driving consistent engagement, qualifying potential buyers, and scheduling site visits. You'll be a key support to our sales operations. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients for residential and commercial property offerings Understand client requirements and share suitable project options Qualify leads and book appointments for site visits Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM Follow up on cold and warm leads regularly Coordinate with the field sales team for timely client meetings Meet daily and weekly calling/conversion targets Attend training sessions to stay informed about ongoing and upcoming projects Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service (real estate preferred) Confident communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus Comfortable with high call volumes (80–100 calls per day) Good listening skills and ability to handle objections 12th pass / Graduate preferred Basic understanding of real estate in Delhi-NCR is a bonus Familiarity with CRM software is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
