Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets. The role also involves training new team members and exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support in FMGC sector.
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
