About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SEO, paid campaigns, and website development to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain websites and landing pages using WordPress and HTML.
2. Execute and manage complete SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, AI-powered SEO, ChatGPT-integrated SEO).
3. Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
4. Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
5. Analyze performance reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector.
2. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
3. Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
4. Ability to create impactful landing pages and web solutions.
5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
