Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Surat. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining BlinkPic's features and benefits, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, providing excellent customer service, and training customers on how to use the platform effectively. You will also support existing clients with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Qualifications

• Excellent Sales and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Ability to provide effective training to customers
• Experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
