As we grow, we’re looking for a Call Manager who can be the voice of Blinkpic and build strong relationships with our users.
👩💼 Role: Customer Sales Executive
📍 Location: Surat
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
✨ What you’ll do:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and empathy
✅ Assist photographers & clients in using Blinkpic for their events
✅ Collect feedback to improve user experience
✅ Maintain call logs and ensure timely follow-ups
🔎 What we’re looking for:
⭐ Strong communication skills in English + regional languages (bonus if Hindi/Gujarati)
⭐ Good listening, patience, and problem-solving abilities
⭐ Prior experience in customer support / call handling preferred
⭐ A positive attitude and willingness to grow with a startup 🚀
