*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual for the role of Customer Sales Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
1.Handle incoming customer queries via call, WhatsApp, or email.
2.Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
3.Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns.
4.Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
5.Follow up with clients for feedback and service updates.
*Requirements:*
1.Excellent English communication skills
2.Friendly and professional attitude.
3.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
4.Must be punctual and ready to learn.
