Title: Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism Industry: Travel & Tourism Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-3 Years About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 4–5 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, along with strong experience in closing sales, handling client queries, and communicating with airlines, DMCs, and suppliers. The candidate will play a crucial role in converting leads into bookings and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Convert inquiries into confirmed sales for domestic and international travel packages Communicate professionally and confidently with clients in Marathi, Hindi, and English Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other service providers for itinerary planning, costing, and bookings Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations as per client requirements Follow up on leads, maintain client records, and ensure timely responses Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Handle client meetings, travel fairs, or promotional events if required Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain strong knowledge of current travel trends, destinations, and products Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Travel & Tourism is preferred 2-3 years of proven experience in sales within the travel industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Sound knowledge of tour operations, airline bookings, and DMC communications Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requirements Familiarity with GDS systems or travel booking platforms is an added advantage Passion for travel and customer service What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a reputed and growing travel company Supportive work environment and career development opportunities Attractive salary and performance-based incentives Exposure to both domestic and international travel markets Contact Person - Vaishali Dahiphalkar Call or whatsapp - 9422773503
