Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, presenting and promoting our elder care services, handling customer queries, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and continuously improving sales techniques through training and feedback. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills Excellent Communication and Sales skills Experience in Training for sales and customer interaction Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software Experience in elder care or healthcare services is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are beneficial Show more Show less
