Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor at our Noida location. The Mental Health Counselor will provide individual and group counseling sessions, develop treatment plans, perform case management, and offer relationship counseling. The counselor will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents. The role involves assessing mental health needs and implementing appropriate interventions to enhance the emotional well-being of our residents. Qualifications Skills in Mental Health and Psychology Experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management Proficiency in Relationship Counseling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Experience working with the elderly population is a plus Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent certification Show more Show less
