Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Counselor based in Gurugram, allowing for a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing mental health support, developing treatment plans, conducting individual and relationship counseling, and managing cases. The role will also involve collaborating with other professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Strong knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology
• Experience in Relationship Counseling and individual therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certifications (if required in your region)
• Familiarity with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
