Telesales Specialist located in Chennai.

The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through phone calls, addressing their inquiries, and closing sales. Daily tasks include managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the specialist will provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of Strong Customer Service experience, Customer Support skills in skincare & hair care industry.

Excellent Communication and Sales skills
