Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-25 years of experience in sales, preferably in telesales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in telesales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
